Silver State provides AI-powered receptionist services that answer calls, capture lead information, answer common questions, and assist with appointment scheduling on behalf of the businesses we serve. The specific features available depend on the plan and setup selected.
Demo & Website Use
Our website, including any live demo line or demo call feature, is provided for informational and evaluation purposes. Calls to demo lines may be recorded and reviewed for quality, training, and service improvement purposes.
Subscriptions & Billing
- Silver State services are offered on a month-to-month subscription basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Applicable one-time setup fees and recurring monthly fees are disclosed at the time of purchase.
- Customers may cancel their subscription at any time; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
- Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in writing.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose, to misrepresent your identity or business, or to interfere with the proper functioning of our services.
AI Receptionist Disclaimer
Our AI receptionist is designed to provide natural, professional call handling based on the information and configuration provided during onboarding. While we work to make the experience accurate and reliable, the AI may not correctly handle every call, question, or scenario. Customers are responsible for reviewing call summaries, appointments, and lead information and following up as needed. Silver State is not liable for missed opportunities, scheduling errors, or business losses resulting from the use of an automated system.
SMS Communications
If you or your customers opt in to receive SMS messages from Silver State, message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any service. Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP, or request help by replying HELP.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, and materials associated with Silver State Call Systems are the property of Silver State or its licensors. Customers are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use our services as intended, and may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer any part of our service without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Silver State Call Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or lost business opportunities, arising from the use of our website or services.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Silver State harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
